Cardio Kickboxing
An Intense kickboxing - inspired workout! 
Develop new skills and burn a ton of calories in this fierce but fun workout. You will experience traditional kickboxing combinations with intervals of cardio in this total body workout!
 
Bootcamp
Challenge yourself with this circuit-style cardio workout!  A combination of Army-style physical conditioning methods, calisthenics,martial arts, and plyometrics.  Based on the techniques used by Jason Brock to burn fat, build strength & make muscle stand at attention!

Mass Attack
Combining full body resistance training with continuous cardio training. 
This class will alternate intervals of cardio, plyometrics, and athletic drills with strength training for every major muscle group. Lots of squats & lunges, ending with core work. Walk (or crawl) away with a full-body workout! 

Bring dumbbells & GO HEAVY!

Chisel
This multi-level class is for those wanting to develop muscular strength & development.  We will use dumbbells as the primary
resistance tool to challenge every muscle group.  P.S. we we won't forget the abs….

ZUMBA®, 
Ditch the workout! Join the Party!  Achieve long term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exciting hour of calorie burning, body energizing awe-inspiring movements.  Features interval training sessions where fast & slow rhythms & resistance training are combined to tone & sculpt your body while burning fat.  Set to the hottest new music!

Power Yoga
A progressive, vigorous series of poses using synchronized breath and focus designed to strengthen the body and calm the mind. Designed to sculpt all major muscle groups. 

Bring a sticky mat.

Pilates
This exercise method is a total-body conditioning workout that produces long, lean muscles, while improving deep core strength, muscle control, flexibility, coordination and body tone. Pilates exercises emphasize smooth flowing movements that are propelled by both the breath and the Powerhouse: the abdominal muscles, the low back muscles, pelvic floor, muscles around the hips, and the glutes.

Bring a sticky mat.

Yogalates
A combination of Yoga and Pilates (see above descriptions)

Group Training
Get personal training in a group setting from an American College of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer!  You will perform upper & lower body training followed by plyometrics to really burn out those muscles.  Core work included!

Bring one set of heavy and one set of light dumbbells.

Kids Circuit
It's back!!!  Leave your kids with us while you workout! This 60 minute sessions utilizes our hydraulic equipment with blasts of fun cardio.  Start establishing life long patterns of fitness for your children!  They will thank you now & later!

Targeted for ages 6-12    
Fee of $2 per class
